It is time for another collection launch and this time it is home decor for Spring & Easter. Introducing my Spring Garden Collection. It is close to -15 Celsius outside, and I can’t help but long for spring to arrive. Since that can take a while up here in Alberta, Canada, what better way to bring that feeling of spring sooner than to decorate inside your home!
This collection was so fun to pull together and design! There’s everything from farmhouse chic decor tags to tea towels and mugs for your kitchen. The fresh pop of colour will bring a cheerful feeling reminding you that spring is just around the corner.
When do you start to decorate for spring? What are your favourite ways to decorate and what are your spring colors? You can leave comments below.
Last year I decorated with some soft coral/peach colours and my soft eucalyptus cream, that I love. This year I went for a really soft blush pink that actually has a tiny hint of yellow to it so for summer, I could leave those florals up and add in some lemons! I’ll leave my post from last year here: 2022 Spring Decor
I’m not showing you how I decorated for Spring 2023 in this post, I am just going to share with you a few ideas on what you can do with this brand new Spring Garden Collection.
I created quite a few farmhouse chic decor tags in this collection, I actually had to stop myself because I could’ve kept going. 🙂
You can use these tags in garden pots, hanging on a basket of flowers, hanging off of a vase of flowers or string some wooden beads on them, and just lay them in a coffee table tray. I do make most of my tags, double-sided, so you can choose a design for another season, and just simply turn it over and not have to store it! You know how I love my double-sided signs and saving space with home decor storage. Some of my round tags below don’t have a design for a different season yet as I am just introducing them. But stay tuned because I am working on creating designs for past collections and future ones. I will be sure to post on Instagram and Facebook when that happens so that you can check them out. For now here is a quick link for you to see what is available currently. Shop Tags
We can’t forget about the kitchen when we are decorating our homes. I have a huge collection of waffle weave, kitchen tea towels. These dish towels are so soft and really absorbent. They wash up wonderfully! Normally, I don’t have this many tea towels in one collection, but I seriously had so much fun designing this collection that I just couldn’t stop. I just kept coming up with ideas.
Also included for kitchen decor is aprons. I did something a little fun with these aprons, they don’t just have a design on the bib, but they have a design down in the lower corner of the apron. I think they are so cute. What do you think?
Potholders and coffee mugs round out the kitchen collection. How do you use your potholders? I use them, of course, to put on the table for hot items, but I also use them for removing items from the oven. I used to use just an oven mitt, however, I find it so much easier to just grab my pot holders and use them.
The coffee mugs include your 11 ounce standard mug, and a 12 ounce latte mug. Both having different designs and 4 coordinating patterns.
One of the quickest ways to freshen up your home, decor is to change out your throw pillows. I have made this so easy for you, with snap closures on my envelope style pillows, so you can quickly take the cover off and put a new one on. I always love to use a feather insert to get a soft look. These pillows are made from a white velveteen fabric. They wash up beautifully as well. All hand sewn by me. 🙂
Add some fresh coasters to your coffee table or dining room area and you are done freshening up your decor!
You may be wondering what about the hand towels for the bathroom? I haven’t forgot about them, well actually, I did… However, I am waiting for a new shipment of towels to get to me and then the designs will be on them and I will add them to the shop!
In the meantime, you can shop the rest of the collection right here. Shop Spring Garden Collection
